First initial visit is free. This is the time we get aquainted with each other, fill in paper work and pick up a house key (no key pick up fee this time)
Deposit of 1/2 down is required before each visit. (If a key is kept on file, the first deposit can be left on the counter for pick up.)
Each, all inclusive, visit (up to 30 minutes) is $16.00 (regardless of how many pets..I do not charge per animal)
Additional time is $7.00 per 15 minute increments (this usually only counts for people with their own 'zoo' or if they want extra walk time for their dog).
Keys:
Key Pick up $8.00
Key Drop off $8.00
Key returned certified mail $10.00
If I keep your key on file, its free.
OK, so why should you let me keep your key on file?
This will save extra fees/trips in the future. Can also be handy for emergencies
IE: Out of town for day and can't make it back, emergency trips, etc.
Also great for future visits. All you do is call or e-mail and we don't have to
arrange an extra meeting before hand.
Please note: I will not drop off or pick up keys in 'designated' areas due to safety issues.

$75.00 per visit. Includes...
Check in at 5-6 pm for evening care routine. Return 9 pm for overnight stay. Leaving by 7am, after morning routine.
Keep in mind that your pet sitter will have other pet sitting rounds, but will be using your home as his/her "home base".
Due to the exclusivity of Overnight Pet Care reservations, we must decline any overnight requests that coincide with your reservation. Therefore, any Overnight Pet Care reservation requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking.
Miscellaneous fees:
Supply run: $16.00 plus cost of supplies (IE: pet food runs out)
Locksmith: $75 plus locksmith fees (note: if key or lock doesn't work, not if key were lost)
Return Check Fee: $25.00
Emergency Vet Trip: $15.00 per each 1/2 hour + vet fees.
Holiday Surcharge: $5.00 for New Years Eve/Day, *Thanksgiving, *Christmas Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day and Labor Day.
*These will have slightly shortened trips due to the need of spending time with our own family/pets.
Last minute cancellations. Deposit will be kept as a credit towards future visits.
